HERTZ...Ooouch they've Hert me!!!

Our flight was on time, we landed at rome at 11 o'clock, at the exit of the airport there was no sign Hertz car rental, so we went to a desk they said go to the first car park, so that's what we did... We got there still no sign... Asked a stweward he said go to bus/shutlle stop waited ther in the cold for about 30mins, asked another guy who worked there if the shuttle service stops at midnight, he said no there's one more to come...So we waited again for about40mins in the cold, so we asked another person...He said to go to parking number 3 and ask a person with a yellow jacket, he said that shuttle had finished service at 11 oclock, and told us directions to the Hertz agency, we got there...There was no agency but there was policemen, we asked him and he told us some more directions, so me my wife, and my son made it on foot handlugagge and baggage, approx. about 15min walk. THE MOST IMPORTANT AND CRITICAL THING is that when we had to give the car back he CONTROLLED that the fuel tank was all full and said that 'EVERYTHING IS OK' as we handed over the key... After about 3 days when we are in england , and we were checking the credit card, THEY HAD CUT £46.00... So we called Hertz Italy branch, a worker called'FRANCESCA' responded and said that they were cut for not having brought back the car with full petrol. I made sure before I gave it that the petrol was on full! When we were trying to deal with francesca and argued about the cutt off expeses....DO you know what happened? She cut the line on me! I demand a refund and my problem wasn't resolved, I was appauled with this Hertz Car Rental Service.I definatley won't raccomend this to a friend,
