I'm a very dissatisfied with the customer service representatives that are very incompetent and extremely rude. I've been getting transfers after transfers from the billing department for a week now and yet have someone returned my call or help me with my urgent discrepancy with a bill that was wrongfully charged to my account. I will take legal matters of my own and file a lawsuit against Hertz for the professional misconduct and money laundering from my bank account without my consent. I'm livid that I even have to write this message because I've never endured this sort of fiasco.
