“very dissapointed”

the car i received was dirty inside and out. the brakes needed to be replaced not to mention the car stunk inside. Very dissapointed with service and not cheap! i was told no pets or smoking in the car yet there was dog hair and a cigarette burn on door panel. i will never rent from hertz again and do not recommend them!
