Never ever let Hertz draw from your visa or credit card
never pay up front it takes more than a month before they give you the refund if you cancell the rental car
Inded Hertz are greedy enough to charge a wast fee for this refund to and deliberately have designed the information on th eweb in such a way that upon cancellation you have to accept new terms and condition for the cancellation or you simply may not cancel. That is damned if you do damned if you dont

The cars are dirty and smells like tobacco smoke and the staff is to put it mildly inpolite and impudent

Ourageous Use a different car rental and never pay up front
