Arriving at the airport i could expect such a behaviour. I gave the credit card with wich i made the reservation and the guy at hertz told me that i should have an other credit card not this because is visa electron and not visa and my other two maestro cards where not accepted. I asked to let me speak with my bank so as to transfer money in an other visa card so as to solve the problem and he told me if you want i can cancel the reservation now but you have to pay cancellation fees arround 40euro (i booked the car 80 euro for all the days, why to pay half of the money for fees?) i asked him to give me a few minutes to see what i can do with my bank and he told me you have five minutes after i cannot cancel the reservation and you have to pay the whole ammount even though you will not take the car (WTF?????) after we spend 1 hour at their desk they gave us the key and they told us to go outside on the left.......walking arround long time we where trying to find the parking we realised that we have to take a bus to go there (nobody explained) nobody even come to saw us a few things in the car, the point that i am driving a lot of years doesnt mean that i know how everything is operating, they didnt even explain where to leave the car the last day cause we where leaving very early....they have destroyed our holidays.....
