Cannot Use Next Time - Swindlers!
Our flight from East Midlands was delayed by 1 hour 30 minutes, got to Goldcar service desk at 1 minute past 11.00pm & they charged me & everybody else an additional 40 euros as they have an excess charge for any car collections after 11pm

We're trying to improve our services and the opinion of clients is essential to do so.

On the issue you described, please note that according to provision 7.5 of our particular T&Cs "there is an additional local charge of € 40.00 for all vehicles collected outside office opening hours." This information was clearly specified on your contract with us as well as on our website. Also if you contracted directly with us it was advertised on your confirmation voucher as well, if not your broker should also have informed you about this.
