Don't think i need to add too much about the ridiculous additional charges for insurance and obscurity regarding this matter. Altogether they talked us into paying £160 for insurance on a car of £86.21
Secondly, we left our expensive sunglasses behind in the car and have been trying to reach customer service for 3 days. No luck getting answer or finding a 'lost and found' email address. We can't seem to find a way to get in contact with these people from Goldcar Rental, Milan Malpensa airport!

We're trying to improve our services and the opinion of clients is essential to do so.
On the issue you described, please noteplease note that our policy contemplates the requirement to leave a deposit or to take our additional coverage in order to pick the car and start using our services.
I can see from what you described that you didn’t leave a deposit and our agents added the cover instead to exempt you from this requirement. This could have been for two reasons: you were using a debit card and they couldn’t block a deposit or your cc didn’t allow our system to block the deposit.
Regarding the sunglasses we could get in touch with the office in order to retrieve them. Could you please refer us your contrat number in order to help you?

Also got suckered in to waver insurance.
already had it but rep told me it was worth nothing and I should get theirs else it could cost me thousands.
proper rip off artists. Trying to get an email address from them to send over complaint but not forthcoming
