the pick up was smooth enough but on return the service was shocking with only one person there and she was talking on the phone all the time. Then the 100% rip off, the wheel trim had a slight scratch no longer than 3cm and 2mm width not a deep cut just a very slight mark. This was not on when I took the car out I admit but how it happened I honestly don't know and with all the bad roads it could have happened at any time. This wonderful company then charged me £300 for a new wheel. If that is not a crime then I don't know what is. over 45 years of regular car hire never had a claim nor damage until this. My advice is DO NOT HIRE OFF THIS COMPANY.

Please note that our basic coverage always contemplates an excess (please see our T&Cs). Additional insurance is offered for customers’ peace of mind and always as an alternative to blocking a deposit on a credit card. This is common practice in the rent-a-car sector.
