DO NOT USE!! I can't say much more at mo, other than two hours to pick the keys up and only 4th in queue!! Only one person at desk, really?! Then things happening that ruined our holiday... Wish I could say more but I can't at mo! however.... Please pay a little extra and use another company as this one really stinks, please don't ruin your hol too as they are not worth giving any stars too yet alone yr money! Please, please do not use them! (I had to click 1 star but -100 is more like it)

Dear customer,
We are trying to solve the waiting time issue by opening auxiliary offices. We are also doing daily schedules to serve our customers in the fastest possible way depending on the number of bookings at every moment of the day. Also, please note that a Priority Check-in service is available for a reasonable extra fee.
