Chose another rental company

My wife, kid and I rented a car in Malaga Airport for 10 days. We already paid the full amount and maximum insurance. When we showed up in the airport it took us 40 minutes to get the car because they only had one agent available. The other companies did not even had a line.
When we were about to get the keys the agent told us to buy another insurance for 100 euro. If not we were not able to get the keys. I was really confused because I already paid the full amount at rentalcars.com. I paid the new insurance and mailed the invoice to rentalcars. They told me that the insurance was optional and not at all needed.
We also paid 7 euro a day for a child seat probably worth 10 euros, but i guess that is how it is.

When we got back I was fined for speeding during the rental period. I paid the fine and gold car took a management fee of 40 euros for forwarding the fine. A bit expensive i reckon.

Goldcar is cheap, but spend your money wiser.
