This is the worst car rental company ever i have rented cars from all other car hire companies this is far the worst total rip off outfit charged me 300 euros for a puncture on a tyre of a wheel which was knackered from when we picked it up the car was filthy and smelt foul the staff are rude and unhelpfull. Be warned

We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was dissatisfying. Please note that our basic coverage has a series of exclusions (please see our T&Cs). We offer additional insurance for customers’ peace of mind and as an alternative to blocking a deposit on a credit card (unblocked 15-20 days later if the vehicle is returned in the same condition). If they have third party coverage, they can later request a refund from them in case of damages to the vehicle.

Please believe that it is highly irregular that the vehicle you were offered was not in optimal condition; offering top rate cars is our top priority, which is why 70% of our +37,000 car fleet is renewed annually.
