We rented a car from Pisa airport. Apart from being totally ripped off there reps were rude. We rented in September and we arrived and the price had doubled. We also allegedly got a parking ticket but have only just been notified. Can't get hold of goldcar as it seems no one else can and they never reply to emails. Do not use this company.

Dear customer,

We are sorry to hear that your experience with us at our office in Pisa was not as expected. Please note that the price advertised online is only the basic rental charge. The only mandatory fee is fuel, as explained during the booking process; any other service is optional.

Regarding the parking ticket, please note that it takes some time before the Italian authorities send customers the actual fine. I cannot post an email address, as it goes against reviewcentre’s policy, but please respond to this comment with your contract number. I will check if we have more information regarding the fine and I will send it to you.
