i have used goldcar 6 times this year always used express checkin which is very good but last time i used them i had a over charge 57 euros for late return which i returned car back early.
i always put the keys in the box provided by company which i have done everytime they have had the key box available,when i tried to send in complaint form it kept rejecting form so could not send form .
i emailed them 3 times and no answer.
i use malaga airport once a month always use goldcar but after this i will now be using another company rubbish customer service..

Please respond to this comment with your reservation number so that we may review that 57€ late return fee with the office in Málaga. We truly apologize if you did not receive a response from Customer Service, high season is very busy and queries take approx. two weeks to process.
