Hired a car with GOLDCar via rental cars, rental cars charged excess waiver, when I got to gold car they wanted 1200 euros for excess or pay 120 euros for excess waiver with them....... no one will give any refund of excess waiver, as had to pay twice, also didn't get car hired, had to take a larger car (further costs)! Also took 2hrs to get served by Goldcar
