“Careful of the very obvious rip-offs”

First the positives: Car was fine, didn't break down and performed well enough. Negatives: 1) The "collect full, return empty" idea is just a scam which means the cost of hire is actually not lower than anyone else. 2) There was no instruction on the car's controls and no manual available which meant having to ring up the support desk when the "safety" system prevented the car from starting the second day in! 3) The car had not been maintained (no washer fluid) or cleaned and had quite a few dents. All in all - avoid!
