Long queue, hard-sell of insurance which was already paid, offered a diesel and not told there is extra to pay, paid for a full tank and returned with some left for them to re-sell to the next victim. All these things are normal for anyone using Goldcar. DO NOT TOUCH THEM! I told the girl at the desk on return to Pisa airport (in Italian, which added to the impact I hope!) that they are all thieves.
