I had a very bad experience in Valencia, Spain.

Booked together with the flight ticket... no problem using my debit card.

A few days before our flight by mediation of car trawler they took the rest of the rental sum automatically out of the same debit card... no problem.

Once we did arrive in Valencia... again we did present the same debit card... but staff told us that it didn't work.

We did offer to leave the deposit in cash... but they wouldn't accept...they cancelled the booking immediately and there wasn't any refund.

This company is a terrible... they are a bunch of ROBBERS... and they don't mind the problems their clients are in.

We were stranded on the airport in Valencia... with a stroke patient... to finally spend another fortune on ta not necessary taxi drive... loosing a 21-day car rental booking.

STAY AWAY by this terrible company named FIREFLY!
