I booked a car from Firefly last week, paying insurance on top of the rental charges.
When I got to the desk I was asked to pay another 107Euros insurance, if I want to be really worry free.
Then, instead of the Ford C-Max I was expecting, they gave me the Alfa Romeo Giulietta, which is much smaller.
Do you think the car was clean? Oh, no, it was dirty, smelling bad, and covered in scratches.
Are these guys serious?
It was my worst ever car hire!
