FireFly provided really bad service comparing to other rental companies.
Lady at counter was not interested to solve problems and suggested me to change a provider.
Company offered insurance for over 60 euros a day, while it is written on broker website that insurance costs approximately 14-16 euro a day.
Lady at car return office asked for payment receipt from gasoline station to prove that tank is full.
Awful service.
I will never use this company again.
