Has anyone got anywhere with their emails? When we arrived there was an enormous que. they baffled us with some extra refundable charge of £258. We went with it as the kids were fed up and there were so many others waiting. On return of the vehicle we refuelled and took it back. They informed us we would receive the extra charge would be refunded with 1-3 days. 10 days later we haven't seen any of our money or had a response from them.
