Arrived at Malaga airport 2/11/15 to find 39 people in front of us to collect cars.After waiting for almost an hour and a half we gave up and went and hired a car from Avis. We lost all of our money with Firefly but our holiday was being wasted in an underground car park just waiting to pick up a car. I would advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague.
