Queued for more than 1 hour ( only 4 people in front) tried to charge me for insurance I had already told them I did not want. Over charged for fuel. Got the length of my hire wrong even though I had pre booked. Staff completely useless. I emailed them a complaint and got an out of office reply to 2026! I have now contacted Hertz to complain to them. They are part of the same group. I will never use these again. The staff were very polite but completely useless.
