Not sure where to start with these people really, like all the other reviews I've read here they added extra charges - buyer-be-aware they WILL try to miss-sell expensive insurance policies to you that A) they don't properly explain B) you probably don't need C) they don't advertise prior to you arriving at the desk.
Also, check the vehicle very carefully, most of their vehicles are substandard quality and many are just plain dangerous, ours fell into the latter category and when we tried to reject the car the staff didn't care. We ended up missing a substantial part of our trip due to a completely predictable and totally avoidable breakdown.
Customer service is a joke compared to other car hire firms, the staff don't care and have shocking facilities to work with - no wonder they have no passion for their jobs really to be fair to them.
