we arrived in vegas and went to the airport rental hub. approach firefly for a 9 day rental,the young man started to talk about insurance as if we were complete idiots and I right away knew this company was a bad they talked the customers ahead of us into letting them fill the car on the return, for $1.20 a gallon ontop of an inflated price, saying things like who has time and what if you spilled gas on the car-WTF. totally walked away
