Absolutely disgraceful. I hired a car from Alicante airport for 1 week in August. The car came with a full tank of full and I was advised from the reception to ensure the tank is full upon return. This I did and I took photographic evidence as no member of staff was there when I dropped the car off. When my next credit card bill came through Firefly had charged me for the full tank of fueling stating the tank was empty on return. No matter about from photographic evidence they would not reimburse me. DO NOT HIRE A CAR FROM THESE RIPOFF MERCHANTS.
