I rented a car from Firefly (via Holiday Autos) at Alicante airport. Three days later I had a flat tyre, discovered there was a nail in it. Took it to a garage where it was repaired but the fitter told me that two other tyres were bald and illegal. Breakdown assistance took me back to Alicante airport where Firefly gave me a replacement vehicle AND charged me €90 for this transport. They told me to claim it back on my insurance. Needless to say, no insurance company will pay up. Holiday Autos have been no help, claiming it's nothing to do with them. Firefly have not responded to my emails. Disgusting!
