I was given a car from Firefly in poor condition and there was no alternative vehicle offered so I either had to take it or be stranded.
Complained to Atlas choice the brokers, when I discovered that there were no pads on the breaks. Atlas choice took a month to come back to me with the response of, "All our cars are in drivable condition and if you did not like it you should have refused the car". A company that does not know what customer service is, do not use them!
