Do not use this company or book them through holiday autos!!!
The desk staff at Valencia are so rude and they charge you on returning the car for having it cleaned @ 50 euros. This was not previously explained or in our terms and conditions when we booked the car through holiday autos. None of the telephone no's on the contract with Firefly worked. Holiday autos have still not been in touch despite my complaint. Fireply had fake no's all over their paperwork. The whole company ~(apparently owned by Hertz) is a sham. There is no way to complain about the appalling rude, aggressive and badly trained staff, as they do not answer their phones/the telephone no's on the paperwork are not assigned to firefly. The cars are also damaged and scratched, which is impossible to see in the underground car park. It is only when you leave the carpark after signing for the car that you can tell he cars are in such bad condition. Firefly then refuse to acknowledge the condition they rented the car to you in. I have hired cars for over thirty years, and never had such a bad experience of being ripped off, offered scratched cars, charged for rip off services at the hands of badly trained and rude staff who refused to explain why we were charged for not existent services. On returning the car the staff said they were a cheap car hire company who made their money but charging customers hidden extras. The staff were obviously used to angry customers and responded accordingly by being incredibly rude and aggressive. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU will regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What a surprised Hertz would have anything to do with them.
