Proper good service!

I've used FASTCarHire for bookings in the States and in Spain now and have had great experiences both times. The website is very easy to use from selecting your car through to selecting the different options and payment. The after sale service is very slick - you receive in-depth collection details in the car hire voucher.

My last trip was to Malaga where we picked up the car at the airport before heading up to Sierra Nevada ski resort. We were travelling with our 16 month son and had a lot of equipment! We were greeted outside the terminal and taken in the shuttle bus to the car hire depot - less than 5 minutes away. All of our equipment was loaded and unloaded super efficiently. I had originally booked an estate car but when the staff saw the amount of luggage we had, we were given a free upgrade to a 9 seater!

The whole experience couldn't have been any better with exceptional service from booking on the website to finally dropping the vehicle off at the end of the holiday. Will definitely use them again and again!
