All seemed well, but on arrival at airport, sixt had no record of booking. Luckily I had hard copy of booking (that didn't show ref number) and also copy of email on phone (that had booking ref). After some phone calls by hire desk, they found a car to supply. They attempted to charge higher price, and also attempted to add tax (according to booking this is inclusive) Only that I had hard copy, plus email msg on phone we were able to aquire car. Even sent reminder email to Fastcarhire couple weeks before, and was assured all was organised.
