Dear Sir,
We are a group of adult travellers from Hong Kong and want to travel TAS Australia. So we booked a Mitsubishi Outlander that show in your category
can fix 5 adults and 7 luggages. However the rental counter staff offer us a ASX type instead of Outlander, but the room size for ASX can just fix for 5 adults and 4 luggages. We then phone to the rental company and she reply
that ASX is similar. This case that one of our friend had to put his luggage on his legs for days dduring the whole journey. There are many type of Outlander as I know such as ES, LS and Aspire, but ASX is not the similar or equivalent. Thus I think the rental company is not honour to run their business. I now ask for imbursement for the lost and inconvenient case !
