“Cheapest service in Thailand”

We rented two cars with Fastcarhire, which were both delivered and owned by Thai Rent A Car. The delivery went really well, there were no problems with payments, pick up at our place and return even in another city. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I'm going to rent a car in Thailand again then Fastcarhire is my choice. I tried comparing all the major companies offering car rental services in Thailand, international as well as Thai companies and Fastcarhire was always the easiest and cheapest way. We rented a car of the economy class, so I can't really say how it would be to rent a car out of another class.
