When adding up the 15GBP depoit with the charges from the car hire pick up it was 10GBP more than quoted. 2 weeks have passed and still no reply to my email directly to FASTCarhire (which they request before writing a review if any worries) Car hire company OK - but just seems dodgy with the difference in the quotye to the actual charges.
