Fast Car Hire booking was quick, efficient and easy, I have used them now for a number of bookings and have found the booking / reservation system very good. Locally on arrival the details given on the reservation have always been accurate and I have had no problems with car collection / deliveries even though changes have been made mid hire, these have all been accommodated well.
my only criricism is with the 'my account' system, in theory its great but in practice it seems slow, accessing / sending messages is tedious and i am never sure if a message has been sent / received etc, it seems to take forvere to update and when overseas travelling its nice to something a bit easier to use
other than this great service thank you
