Booked through Fastcarhire 6 or 8 times now for Thai Rent only ever had one problem which was my own fault when they delivered the car to the hotel I gave them a Visa Debit card No instead of Visa Credit which meant that the deposit had to be repaid instead of just cancelled which took a couple of phone calls & a few days to sort.
Service from Thai Rent is great nothing too much trouble on the last trip I changed the delivery point after the guy had already set off with the car to be told "No problem sir we will deliver to you from different depot it is closer to you." Car arrived ten minutes later.
As long as you look properly at the web sites of both all information you need is there. I used to collect at the airport but no more the delivery service is great.
