“Dont expect a car ready for collection”

We have used fast car hire a number of times with no problems but this year booked a car to collect in Rome; when we arrived we found that fast car hire had booked it for the wrong day so there it was no longer available. Luckily the company found a car for us, albeit smaller than we had booked so fortunately we were not stranded. We have been back over a month but Fast car hire have failed to explain or apologise for what happened; my last message with a copy of the booking email was sent Aug 10th but I have heard nothing in reply. We will not trust them again and will go direct to Maggiore next summer
