In February I picked up my car at Phuket airport which I had booked for 22 days every thing went to plan but after 6 days I had completed the work that I had to do so I was then able to go on up to Bangkok but what to do with the car . Well I called Thai rent car and told them my position . They told me to hang up and they would call me back . Ten minutes later I get my call from them telling me that they would have a car ready for me to pick up upon arrival the next day at Bangkok airport . I must say that they did not have to do this as I had booked it for 22 days for Phuket . The car that I picked up was the same type of car that I returned to them at Phuket airport but this one was brand new . I used the car and returned it to Bangkok airport on the said date and I flew home a totally satisfied customer . I will be booking again for my June return as this service is exceptional .
