They are easy to work with, you go on the site - pick a car book it. If it's available you get the car. Done deal. Pay-online, no drama.

BUT

The only advantage of using them is you get a wider selection of service providers, some of which you may not have been familiar with. The prices are only marginally smaller and the service perks are mostly already offered by most companies.

It saves me time if I am going somewhere new, but that is about it.
