Before booking a car I read the websites FAQ and was assured that I would get my full deposit back without and deductions. I booked the car but subsequntly had to cancel - not easy as the website cancellation page does not work! I telephoned and left a message and they replied via their website saying deposit would be refunded. That was 3 months ago - I'm still waiting. I did not read the reviews website until I became concerned and now find several other customers in the same position. SO BE WARNED - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY DESPITE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. SEARCH THEIR WEBSITE FOR A CONTACT ADDRESS OR CONTACT PERSON AND THERE IS NOTHING TO BE FOUND. TRY THEIR SITE MAP AND NOTHING THERE TOO. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU ABOUT THIS COMPANY! DON'T RISK YOUR HOLIDAY - THERE ARE PLENTY OF REPUTABLE CAR HIRE COMPANIES OUT THERE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
