We have used FASTcarhire previously and found the website easy to use. The main reason for using them was the value for money. Having only paid an initial deposit the remainder of the cost paid at the airport desk was exactly as indicated without any hidden extras. The company uses firms with desks at the airport. This is better than trying to find a man with a clipboard. The staff at the desk spoke perfect English, which helped greatly. We also got a free upgrade because the type of car booked was unavailable. The drop off system, by placing the keys in a "hole in the wall" was excellent. The firm is highly recommended and we will be using them again
