Driving our europcar hire care at 8.30 am with a 1.5 yr old and 6 year old the car got stock in a ditch when we turned it around and the road crumbled. Called europcar within an hour and again at least 15 times. At 3pm we had still not had a call from a local garage. No call backs were made despite 12 promises of a call back by europcar. We had no water and a loaf of bread. They didn't ask our location until afternoon and seemed to make no effort to help or care. If not for the help of locals who eventually at 3.30 towed us out we would have been there all night. Without local help we could have had two very kids in over 30 degree heat. Appalling service
