We rented a car from Europcar Italia in Sicily, and it was the worst decision we ever made. Besides the usual things, like trying to rip you off, give you an already damaged car, we happened to get into a car accident when another driver hit us in the back. Their insurance claim was denied three times due to their incompetence and in the end, the decision was made that we reversed! on the busy street and we were in fault to drive into a car behind us!

The fact that a bumper damage was determined to be 1,920 euros makes me speechless. I come from ther under-developed country, and honestly, Italy is a third world country trying to pretend to be something else.
