Europcar Lisbon Airport: Cues of well over one hour every day in July. At least 15 minutes for each hire because of interminable explanations of nonsense that should have been explained earlier by email with the booking. An obligatory 90€ charge for a full petrol tank when the advertising screen right there was saying it was optional. If you don't take their excess Insurance then you have no Europcar assistance in case of an accident, even if it wasn't your fault.
Forget it !!!!!
