Beware Europcar Bristol airport on inspecting white fiesta found additional 'scuff' on wheel informed man in cabin who marked this on MY copy (without even looking !). On return within 10 seconds of inspection informed of damage to same wheel (different employee) . On being shown MY signed copy was most disappointed and sent me on my way.

Totally agree with you about Europcar Bristol Airport avoid at all costs. Received a very spurious claim for scratch on alloy wheel and had £92 debited from my credit card afterwards. Drop off hut is not staffed before 7am so had no option but to drop keys without inspection. Customer cannot win in this situation.
