After paying extra to have a fiat 500L as opposed to an Astra I got to the Preston branch and received an Astra. This was only the start. I had initially selected to pay extra for unlimited miles as I knew I would be travelling a lot further than the default 300 miles. However it seems that when I chose the 500L it automatically set the option back to the default mileage although I didn't even receive the 500L! This meant that after paying the initial £40-£50 to hire the car I had to pay an extra £60-£70 because of 'excess miles' Contacted customer services who were frankly rude and took no blame for what had happened.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!
