“Pay more (after the rental) and get Less”

Their rates may seem competitive but they have a long history of complaints by customers who have been charged for fuel after returning the car with a full tank and of being charged for damages that were already on the vehicle. I had long delays in getting the car only to find out it was dirty and damaged. Also, the car had less than half a tank of fuel in it. To add insult to injury, I was charged an extra 94 pounds without explanation days after returning the vehicle. Trying to deal with their customer services department is a nightmare. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Check out their Facebook page to discover more (despite the fact that they 'clean up' their page every so often).
