Rented a car at Europcar Malaga airport and navigation system. Navigation system kept on crashing so next day I called to find a solution. Only solution they had was returning to airport from inland Andalusia holiday adress and swap the system. It took me 1/2 a day. Claimed the petrol costs, telephone costs and return of 2 days of the rental price. Now back home long discusions via mail with Europcar. No solution so far. The rental price for 2 weeks is equal to the prce of a new system so you expect some service and a working system. Problems can occur, but how do you deal with them is what matters. Europcar only collects the money and doesn't solve any problems. Very dissapointed in their service
