“Fuel charge rip off”

ok so i hire a Hyundi i10 from these merchants with a full tank of fuel (35 litres the car holds) and get charged 75 euros plus vat for the petrol! well over 2 euros a litre when it was 1.34 at the pumps plus another 50 euros late charge even when i brought the car back early! and 8 pence a minute to complain when on hold for over 10 mins, no wonder Europcar had no que at the airport while Hertz were really busy.
