I had booked a car for 2 days and had prepaid the amount of £50. When I went to the coventry store to collect my car I was asked to pay for £1000 !!! I remembered that I had seen some comments about some suspicious activities and refused to pay.

If anyone wants to rent a car please avoid that place. I lost my weekend and around £200 on reservations.
