I booked a car for p/up at Chch airport, arrived ontime to find office closed.

I and a number of others left stranded. Fortunstely Simon at Budget was sympathetic and I hired a car from them.

The next day I got a call from someone offering an upgrade as some sort of apology. TOO LATE!

I have now hired cars from all the companies at Chch airport. I will recommend people avoid europcar and instead go to a proffesional company.
